Visiting Peder from Uktorn sawmill during our Dani

Visiting Peder from Uktorn sawmill during our Danish release tour was really great fun. Treating us with roadkill roast, home made apple juice, warm beds and enough tales to take you into the early hours of the morning.

Peders life work is taking shape out in his front garden. And he’ll always have a warm well fed spot for traveling folks and boatbuilders alike:)

We’ll for sure be back with tunes and cheers when he get to put her in the water:)

Great news for tonight. For our last show in Denma

Great news for tonight. For our last show in Denmark old mate Mikkel will join in on mandolin on a song at @harders.nu. In the old days we used to be shredding away together in the Bare Orchestra.

The album of the same name is as epic now as it felt back then. And I’m looking very much forward to our little rendezvous.

Unfortunately the magic mr Simon on keys is still down with a mean case of Pneumonia. So he also won’t be able to join tonight. But the rest of the band is fresh and eager to rock it tonight.
Looking forward seeing all you friendly faces:)

Mørkedybet is a small passage between Ærø and Birkholm. And holds in its tininess many grand dramatic tales. For you never know what to expect from the dark deep pit of the southern fynsk sea:)

Here’s an early solo recording of an all new song called The Well. It’s a true Dutch fairytale about crippled religions and finding love on instagram:)

The band interpretation of the song can be found on our new album as well when it drops October 25th.

As support for the evening, Dutch duo @holifools will share their beautiful, sharp and humoristic folk ballads. And to rally us all into the night, DJ JORIS will end the evening with a few danceable records.

All in all an evening you don’t wanna miss!!!

Doors of the venue open at 20.00, but the cafe is open all day. And showstart is at 21.00

On the 25th of October 2024 Bjarke Ramsing is releasing his fourth studio album Preachers of the Pines. The album is a collaboration between friends and musicians from the Netherlands and Denmark. And a celebration of music across borders.

On the 26th of October Bjarke Ramsing and his extended entourage; De Grænseløse, visits the Kunstcafe of the @Nijverheid to celebrate the fruits of their hard labour.

As support for the evening, Dutch duo @holifools will share their beautiful, sharp and humoristic folk ballads. And to rally us all into the night, DJ Mirkoko will soothe us with some Bass Heavy Global Beats.

All in all an evening you don’t wanna miss!!!

Den 25. oktober 2024 udgiver Bjarke Ramsing sit fj

Den 25. oktober 2024 udgiver Bjarke Ramsing sit fjerde studiealbum; Preachers of the Pines. Albummet er en fejring af musik på tværs af landegrænser og bygger bro mellem hans musikalske karriere i Danmark og Holland.

Den 2. november huser Harders Bjarke’s ind til videre eneste danske optræden med projektet. Bjarke kommer med hans Hollandske kvartet, men vil også få selvskab af en håndfuld lokale musikere og venner fra sydfyn, der tilsammen udgør De Grænseløse.

Albummet slutter sig til en ny generation af moderne folk musik, der tager sig tid til og værdsætter håndværket i de mere komplekse arrangementer og historiefortællinger. Musikken spænder vidt fra bløde harmonier og ballader, til mere jazz inspirerede instrumentale stykker, over i hårdt pumpende “vi hamrer søm i” gospel eskapader og videre til lange rå eksplosioner af droner, råb, skrig og skrål – som mere får en til at tænke på hvordan stoner rock ville have lydt på akustiske instrumenter.

Alt i alt vil det blive en unik aften som man bestemt ikke vil misse.

Entreen er i princippet gratis, men ved indgangen og efter koncerten vil det være muligt at donerer efter egen formåen, så bandet også har lidt til hjemrejsen.

Dørene åbner kl. 20.00 med showstart kl. 21.00
